Why I started this?

After two decades producing content for Fortune 500s, and major networks, I hit a breaking point. When my son was born, I was neck-deep in producing an 8-part NBA documentary series for ESPN - juggling 70-hour weeks, endless admin, and 2 kids under 2 at home. Something had to give.

Having led productions for Goldman Sachs, Fortune, and Wall Street Journal, I knew the industry's bottleneck: spending more time on admin than creative work. I discovered remote PAs could handle the time-consuming admin parts of production, allowing me to focus on creative decisions and, more importantly, be there for my family.
