Why I started this?

After two decades producing content at the highest levels, I've pretty much seen it all. From Fortune 500s to major networks, from intimate shoots to massive productions spanning continents - I know what makes production successful, and more importantly, what makes it break.
I hit my breaking point while producing an 8-part NBA documentary series. 70-hour weeks, endless admin work, and 2 kids under 2 at home. Something had to give. And that's when it hit me - having led productions for Goldman Sachs, Fortune, and Wall Street Journal, I saw the industry's biggest blind spot: top producers drowning in admin instead of doing what they do best - creating.

What is the onboarding process like?

The onboarding process begins with an hour-long discovery call to understand your specific needs. During this call, we identify the areas where you need the most support and discuss your organizational systems. We then carefully match you with the perfect PA based on your unique requirements. Your dedicated PA receives comprehensive training on your company's structure, platforms, tools, templates, and communication channels to ensure seamless integration. Each client has their own knowledge database containing recorded calls, workflow documentation, and resources specific to your production processes.

Part of our business model is the mandate for full-time, fully embedded team members (in your Slack channels, participating in Zoom meetings, using a company email address) and exclusively working for you.

We can accommodate for any time zone / working hour requirements (most PAs are accustomed to working the “graveyard” shift). Our hypothesis is simple:  If you truly lean into the talent we present and induct them into your company as if they were any other remote employee, they will deliver far beyond the repeatable, rote work that you’ll initially assign.

How does Kino fit into my existing production team structure?
